I love the list — good stuff. I was real happy to see my company make it on there (motive interactive). As a CPA and CPM network that has been around since 2004 and since I have been a publisher, website owner, and affiliate marketer since 1996 I have worked with many of the companies you listed here. I have had great experinces with them. Thanks for the list.
